Q: Who actually builds the home?
A: Your home will be constructed, supervised, and warranted by P.M. VandenTillaart Contruction Ltd. So you can relax knowing your home will be built right.
Q: Do I need to own land prior to talking with P.M. VandenTillaart Contruction Ltd.?
A: No. We would be happy to start a dialogue with you at any point. However, final pricing can only be completed after a (free) home site evaluation. Be sure to look at our beautiful lots available soon in Kemptville’s River Run Phase II!
